Who can qualify for Australia Business visas?
1. Business Owner (4 years Provisional visa)
Age 55 years and below
Annual business turnover A$300k for 2 years in the last 4 years,
Total Net Assets of at least A$500k
Has to establish a business in Australia

2. Senior Executive (4 years provisional visa)
Age 55 years and below
Occupying 3 highest levels of the management structure of a company
Total Net Assets of at least A$500k
Has to establish a business in Australia

3. Investor (4 years provisional visa)
Age 55 years and below
Must invest AUD$750,000 (US$660,000) for 4 years with the State Treasury Corporation
Capacity of Total Net Assets of A$1.125mil.

Who can qualify for Canada Investor visas? 

THIS IS THE LAST OPPORTUNITY 
with existing requirements (Rayford does not accept case after 4th September 2010 with existing requirements. After 4th September we will accept Canada investor visa application with new requirements)

1. Canada Investor (Permanent Residency Visa)
Have at least CAD$800,000 assets and
2 years management experience.
Must invest CAD$400,000 (US$376,000) to Government treasury or use Canadian Bank loan option
There is no English requirement, no age limitation and no obligation to establish a business in Canada.

Who can qualify for New Zealand Business visas?
1. Business Visa (3 years Business Visa)
Have at least NZ$150,000 assets and
2 years management experience
Has to establish a business in New Zealand

2. Investor visa (Permanent Residency visa)
Age 65 years and below
Must invest NZ$1.5 million (US$ 1,050,000) in NZ for four years
Minimum of three years business experience
